1.Mould design control
JP MOULD will provide DFM report and Mouldflow report including thin thickness area, shrinkage mark, welting mark, Air vent, undercuts, gate location, gate type, etc. according to the drawings send by client. After design finished, we'll have a joint review to check on the Mould strength, part line, cooling system, interference area, Thin thickness area, etc. To be sure the drawing provide by JP MOULD is in the excellent status for the longer mould life and work efficiency for customers.
2.Mould material control
Steel supplier are requested to provide steel quality guarantee certificate and steel certificate, JP MOULD will do raw material test and flaw detection while receving the steel material. And we are using DME standed spare parts, and check the quality every time we receive the spare parts.
3.Mould Processing quality control
JP MOULD will provide weekly mould status and quality report to customer including the machining pictures, and we will do CMM scanning after every machining stage to ensure that the mould is more accurate and meet customer's stand.
4.Mould and product quality control
Our QC department will make product inspection and submit the testing report within 24hours after mould testing. Report will include full range testing and analysis on product size, appearance, injection techniques and Physical Parameter.
5.Mould check before shipment
After client's confirmation, JP MOULD will prepare Mould checking report before shipment, along with the spare parts list, mold testing vedio, injection parameter sheet, 2D/3Ddrawings.
